Vijesti’ , 15th of August 2008. The Government is looking for investor for Lustica
 Podgorica – The tender commission of the Senate for the privatization AD Lustica Development published today official appeal for the participation on tender, regarding sales of 22.500 actions, what initially represents 90% of the action capital.
On that AD is registered the ownership of 6,8 million of square meters of the land in Lustica , municipality Tivat, in cadastre municipalities Gosici, Radovici, Nikovici, Krasici, Milovici and Bogisici. From that land it is registered as Government’s 6,4 million, and 325.000 sq.m. as municipality’s. The property is intended for developing the tourism and future owner will have to invest at least 100 million euros through capitalisation.
The group of citizens of Krtola, in Lustica, demonstrated against establishing this company because they consider that of 6.4 million of square meters it is two millions arguable because they belong to the private owners and that the Government has registered them it’s name illegally. In the official appeal is mentioned that it is expected that additional 4 million of square meters would be joined to Lustica Development after solving some open legal questions. The offers for this official appeal have to be delivered to Commission until 14th of October 2008. at 3P.M. The President of tender Commission for the privatization of Lustica Development AD Podgorica is Minister of Finances Igor Luksic. |
