Podgorica – Representatives of the company Lendmark, one of the biggest in the USA, in the field of building golf courses and other tourist facilities, at the moment are for the third time in Montenegro, where they are inspecting interesting locations for their future investments.

As it was published by the Ministry of tourism, directors of the company, Gerald and Douglas Barton, visited Montenegro previously, while this time  their experts are here with their designer Lue Menning.

 

Menning and  his team are looking for few locations which can be interesting for building of the golf courses and checking quality of the land.

 

Most  interesting locations from the point of view of  Lendmark company are Velika plaža(Ulcinj), Buljarice, Jaz(Budva), Luštica(Herceg Novi) and some of the ex-military pieces of land.

 Lendmark is a company founded 35 years ago, which has more than 20 golf courses  in USA, Spain, Ireland and Carribean, 3 of which are in top ten in the world. Beside golf courses this company is building villas, hotels and other objects.

 

Ministry of Tourism says  that Lendmark company is very interesting in building golf courses  in Montenegro, which could improve our tourist offer and bring more clients in Montenegro.

- The whole coast of Montenegro is interesting place for building golf courses . We are looking for big pieces of land , and land needs to have certain quality- said in march Douglas Barton for *Vijesti*
