The property convenient for constructing a tremendous holiday hostel, or

Location:
Property is located at the bottom of mountain Komovi, beside river
Tara.
River Tara represents the longest mountain river in Montenegro, whose
canyon is eighty kilometers long and achieves profundity of over 1300 meters.
The part of the canyon and National Park of Tara is in 1980. Registered in the
list of world natural heritage, by UNESCO. After the canyon of river Colorado
in America, canyon of Tara is on the second place, considering longitude and
profundity. Rafting on Tara is giving unforgettable adventure in wild nature
for all those who like challenges.
Traffic infrastructure
From the capital Podgorica, which is 60 km far away, it can be
accessed by main road Podgorica-Matesevo-Kolasin. The future highway to Serbia,
in every of given versions, will be passing through the same route, so that its
distance from the property will not be over 6 km.
The whole area of the land is 500 000sq.m. of the wood and meadow.
Water supply:
The whole area is full of springs with clean water of high quality.
The quality of the water was tested and can be used in water supplying of future
develop content.
Electricity supply:
The river and stream which are
passing around the land provide possibility of constructing mini-hydroelectric
power station, which has shown as a very good solution as source of electric
power in this area.
